Visiting the Resource Center without Microsoft Dynamics CRM |
There are several ways that you can find the information you need in the Resource Center. You can either search for it, or go directly to the section of the Resource Center that covers a specific area of the application.
Resource Center Search allows you to access more content than Help. You can search the Resource Center, Help topics, and newsgroups all at once. Just type in a few keywords and click Search. The results display your best matches under "Best Bets." If you don't find it there, explore the rest of the links or try another search.
If you prefer to only search one area, you can limit your search.
Buttons in the Navigation Pane lead you to information specific to different areas of Microsoft Dynamics CRM:
The Highlights page shows you new content or content that has been highly rated.
The Sales page groups information that will be of interest to salespeople, sales managers, and executives focused on using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to increase sales.
The Marketing page focuses on information that shows how to identify and qualify leads using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
The Service page provides insight about how you can use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to provide superior customer service and manage the services you provide.
The Settings page is where you will find more technical information about deploying, configuring, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support all aspects or your business.
Articles in the Resource Center can help you get started using Microsoft Dynamics CRM right away. Here are some examples.
You can also use the links on the side to start a task. For example, you can:
Find current downloads and updates.
The list of links on the side of the page help you quickly connect with other people that are also using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Read blogs from experts about the inner workings of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Post questions to forums and get answers from other users.
Share your tips. Share your best practices, tips, tricks, and other time savers with the rest of the CRM community. Be a hero to another Microsoft Dynamics CRM user.
Suggest new articles, comment on existing articles, or offer ideas about how to improve the Resource Center. Send your suggestions either from the link in the Resource Center, or use the feedback form at the end of every article.
Find training and online tutorials.
The Resource Center can be accessed directly from the product, but you can also reach the articles from the Web.
