You cannot open records or dialog boxes in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. You might or might not get a message that it is because of a pop-up blocker.

If you cannot open records or other windows in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, it is probably because you have one or more pop-up blockers turned on. You might or might not get the following error message:

A Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online window was unable to open, and may have been blocked by a pop-up blocker. Please add this Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online server to the list of the sites your pop-up blocker allows to open new windows:(your server name).

You can remedy this problem by disabling your pop-up blockers. If you're not sure how to disable your pop-up blocker, consult the tool's Help. In addition to any Microsoft Internet Explorer or other pop-up blockers, disable any pop-up blocker on a Yahoo or Google toolbar if you have those installed.

If you don't want to disable your Internet Explorer pop-up blocker, you can also try to add your Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online site to your list of authorized sites in Internet Explorer.
