Can I create new activity entities?
New activity entities cannot be added. Instead, modify an existing activity entity so that it can be used for multiple activity types. For example, if you need an activity to track Web form responses, you can add it to the Fax entity by adding a custom drop-down list (picklist) for activity type, renaming the entity to Web Responses and Faxes, and using an onChange event to enable different fields depending on which activity type you select.
