In the Navigation Pane, click Settings, click Product Catalog, and then click Products.
In the Products list, open the product that you want.
Under Details, click Substitutes.
Click Add Existing Product, then search for and select the product that you want to add as a substitute product.
Repeat step 4 to add more substitute products.
Click Save or Save and Close.

To remove a substitute product, under Details, click Substitutes, select the substitute product that you want to remove, then on the Actions toolbar, click More Actions, and then click Remove.
