Assign an activity to a user or queue

Can I do this task?

  1. Navigate to activity records.
  2. In the list of records, select the record that you want.

    Or, select multiple records

  3. On the Actions toolbar, click the Assign button Assign button.
  4. In the Assign to Queue or User dialog box, type all or part of the queue or user name, and then click the Lookup button Lookup button.
  5. In the Look Up Records dialog box, in the Look for list, select the type of record you want to find.
  6. In the Search for records box, type the first few letters of the name of the record to narrow your search, and then click the Find button Find button.
  7. In the list of records, click a record to select it, click the Add Selected Records button Add Selected Records button to add the record to the Selected records list, and then click OK.
  8. On the User or Queues form, click OK.
