Remove or add a service to the schedule

Can I do this task?

A deactivated service is not available for scheduling. By deactivating a service instead of deleting it, you can reactivate and reuse that service at any time without re-entering data. Deactivating a service does not affect existing service activities.

  1. In the Navigation Pane, click Settings, click Business Management, and then click Services.
  2. In the View list, select All Services.
  3. In the list of services, select the services you want to activate or deactivate.
  4. On the More Actions menu, click one of the following:
    • To make the service available for scheduling, click Activate.
    • To make the service unavailable for scheduling, click Deactivate.
  5. In the confirmation message, click OK.
