In the Navigation Pane, click Sales, and then click Opportunities.
In the View list, click Closed Opportunities.
In the list of opportunities, open the opportunity you want to reopen.
On the Actions menu, click Reopen This Opportunity.
In the Reopen This Opportunity dialog box, click OK.
