Create or edit a site

  1. In the Navigation Pane, click Settings, click Business Management, and then click Sites.
  2. On the Actions Action menu button menu, click New.
  3. On the General tab, you must enter information in the following boxes:
    • Name

      Enter a meaningful name for the site. This name appears in the list of available sites.

    • You can enter contact information for this site, such as phone numbers, fax numbers, and e-mail addresses.
  4. On the Address tab, you can enter the physical address of the site. If the time zone for the site is different than the rest of the organization, you can change it in the Time Zone list.
  5. Click Save.
  6. To add resources, click Save, and then under Details, click Resources.
  7. Click Save or Save and Close.
