Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online automatically selects the default price list for this form. Click the Lookup button
to select a different price list.
You must specify a currency.
You must select a product.
You must select a unit.
You can select a discount list to apply to this price list.
You must select a quantity selling option. This defines the type of quantities in which the product is sold.
When this option is selected, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online will not enforce a quantity selling option.
Select this option if the product cannot be sold in fractions. For example, digital cameras cannot be sold in fractions.
Select this option if the product can be sold both wholly and in fractions. For example, wood chips might be sold in cubic yards, or in fractions of a cubic yard.
Select one of the following options:
This option uses a fixed amount.
This option uses a percent of the list price.
This option uses a percent of the markup on the product's current cost. The percent markup can range from 0 to 99,999.99 percent.
This option uses a percent of the margin on the product's current cost. The percent margin can range from 0 to 99.99 percent.
This option uses a percent of the markup on the product's standard cost. The percent markup can range from 0 to 99,999.99 percent.
This option uses a percent of the margin on the product's standard cost. The percent margin can range from 0 to 99.99 percent.
If you selected Currency Amount from the Pricing Method list, type the amount. This is a monetary amount and must be a number between 0.00 and 1,000,000,000.00
If you selected any value from the Pricing Method list other than Currency Amount, type the percentage for the pricing method that you want.
If you selected Currency Amount from the Pricing Method list, you can set up a rounding policy. For example, if you want per unit prices to be in the form of $0.99, you can select a rounding policy where all prices per unit automatically have a price that ends in 99 cents. To do this, you select the rounding policy to round the price up, and then set the price to end in a certain amount, such as 99 cents.
Select one of the following options to determine how your price-rounding policy is controlled.
Prices are not rounded.
Prices are rounded up to the nearest rounding amount.
Prices are rounded down to the nearest rounding amount.
Prices are rounded to the nearest rounding amount.
Select one of the following:
Select this option to have the price end in the amount set in the Rounding Amount field.
Select this option to have the price determined as a multiple of the amount set in the Rounding Amount field.
Enter the rounding amount. This must be a whole number between -1,000,000,000 and 1,000,000,000.
Important
Before you can add a price list item, you must create a product to add to the price list item.
