Under Workplace, click the Personalize Workplace link.

In Outlook, on the CRM menu, click Options.
Click the Formats tab.
From the Current Format list, select the name of the language and region that corresponds to the format you want to use.
To save your changes and close the dialog box, click OK.
In addition to selecting a predefined combination of language and region, you can also personalize number, currency, time, and date formats. To personalize these formats, click Customize.
