Resolve red text in e-mail message addresses

Can I do this task?

E-mail messages that appear as red text with the Unresolved Address button Unresolved Address button cannot be matched to records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. These messages contain e-mail addresses that are either not related to a user, account, contact or lead record, or are related to multiple records. You can either match the e-mail address to an existing record or create a new one.

  1. Open the message.
  2. Double-click the unresolved e-mail address.
  3. In the Resolve Address dialog box, do one of the following procedures:

    If the e-mail address belongs to an existing user, account, contact, or lead

    If the e-mail address is not in the system

  4. Click OK.
