Open the user record for the person you want to invite.
On the Actions toolbar, click Send Invitation.
To send the invitation, click OK.
You can check to see who has accepted an invitation in the User Invitation Status view. When a user accepts an invitation, the Invitation Status changes to Invitation Accepted. If the invitation expires, the status does not change from Invited.
