When you open a record in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, by default a new pop-up window opens. You can change a setting in Microsoft Internet Explorer so that a new tab opens instead.
To change this setting in Internet Explorer 7 or Internet Explorer 8:
- In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- In the Tabs section, click Settings.
- In the Tabbed Browsing Settings dialog box, under When a pop-up is encountered, select Always open pop-ups in a new tab, and then click OK twice.
