This task requires the System Administrator or System Customizer security role A defined set of privileges. The security role assigned to a user determines which tasks the user can perform and which parts of the user interface the user can view. All users must be assigned at least one security role in order to access the system. or equivalent permissions. In the Navigation Pane, click Settings, click Administration, and then click System Settings.Click the Marketing tab.
If you want to enable your users to send e-mail as a campaign activity using the mail merge feature, click Yes next to Enable Direct E-mail via Mail Merge.
If you want Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online to create campaign response records automatically when your organization receives e-mail messages in response to a specific marketing campaign, click Yes next to Create campaign responses for incoming e-mail.
In the Set the auto-unsubscribe options area, configure settings for how you want to handle requests from accounts, contacts, or leads who no longer want to receive marketing communications from your organization.
Click OK.
