Microsoft and Scribe have partnered to create a slide presentation and white paper that introduce you to multi-tenancy, a new feature of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. Multi-tenancy allows separation of data and operations on a single group of application servers and a single database engine. If you need to separate process and data by division or location, multi-tenancy will help you do so and still use one hardware group.
Multi-tenancy provides rollup reporting across divisions and a consolidated view of data across multiple tenants. These capabilities are enabled by master data synchronization between tenants.
To understand more about how multi-tenancy might meet your needs for agility, view this slide presentation on how it works, or read the white paper.
