This video explains how to accept an invitation to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is a customer relationship management application that can help you work with your customer data more effectively.

You received an invitation at a specific e-mail address which you will use to sign in to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online with. To get started, click the link in the invitation. Use your Windows Live ID password for for this e-mail to sign in. If you are already signed in to Windows Live ID, you’ll skip this page. If your e-mail address is not a Windows Live ID, you can make it one.

If you don’t want to use this e-mail address, you can ask the person who sent the invitation to send you a new one. But you won’t be able to sign in to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online until you accept a new invitation.

After signing in, it takes a few more steps to verify your invitation and accept the terms of service. After you complete the wizard, you can choose to install the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online for Outlook add-in so that you can work directly with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online data in Outlook. Or you can go directly to the Web application now.

You are now ready to start working in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.

Later, you can sign in to your organization from the URL or from the Web site: crm.dynamics.com.
