Video: Create a simple workflow

Workflows can save you time and energy you could spend with your customers instead. In this video, you will learn how to use workflows to automate common or repetitive tasks. With workflows, you can ensure consistency in your records by making it possible for all employees to follow the same steps. Also, you can create workflows that are customized for your organization, as well as save templates that let you create a variety of similar workflows.

To turn off the click instructions in this video, in the lower-right corner, click the up arrow icon UpArrow, and then click the Show Click Instructions icon ShowClickInstructions.

To dock the presenter script to a different position, in the lower-right corner, click the up arrow icon UpArrow, click the Presenter Script icon PresenterScript, and then click one of the options: Show Presenter Script Docked Left or Show Presenter Script Floating. To turn off the presenter script, click the up arrow icon UpArrow, click the Presenter Script icon PresenterScript, and then click Presenter Script Off.
