Viewing status, pausing, postponing, and resuming a system job that you created require permissions that are found in all default security roles Defined sets of privileges.The security role assigned to a user determines which tasks the user can perform and which parts of the user interface the user can view. All users must be assigned at least one security role in order to access the system.. Deleting a system job requires permissions that typically are available only to people with the System Administrator security role. If you select the Run this job after every check box when you create a bulk-deletion job, the job becomes recurring and is moved to the Recurring Bulk Deletion System Jobs view. You can only change the recurrence for these recurring bulk-deletion jobs.
In the Navigation Pane, click Settings, click Data Management, and then click Bulk Record Deletion.
Select a bulk record-deletion job, and on the Actions menu, click Modify Recurrence.
Select the Run this job after every check box, specify the interval after which you want the bulk-deletion job to run, and then click OK.
