Learn how to prepare your files for import and how to use the Import Data Wizard to import files in a .csv or .txt format into Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. The Import Data Wizard also supports importing records from a XML Spreadsheet 2003 (XMLSS) file (.xml) format) and a compressed file in a .zip format. It can also be used to import Outlook contacts into Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.

To dock the presenter script to a different position, in the lower-right corner, click the up arrow icon , click the Presenter Script icon 
, and then click one of the options: Show Presenter Script Docked Left or Show Presenter Script Floating. To turn off the presenter script, click the up arrow icon , click the Presenter Script icon , and then click Presenter Script Off.
