Convert an e-mail to another record type

Can I do this task?

  1. Navigate to activity records.
  2. Open the e-mail activity that you want to convert.
  3. In the Actions toolbar, point to Convert Activity, and then click the record type that you want to convert to.
  4. In the dialog box, type the appropriate information.
  5. By default, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is set to perform specific operations when the conversion occurs. To change the conversion operations, clear the associated check boxes.
  6. Click OK.
