Use Mobile Express

Can I do this task?

You must have an Internet or intranet connection to use Mobile Express.

1. From your mobile Web browser, go to the URL for Mobile Express. Typically this is https://<CRM_server>/m where <CRM_server> is the name of the server you use to access Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. Your system administrator will have the appropriate URL.
2. From the Home page, click an entity to access the form for the entity:
   • From the form, you can access system and saved views, search for records, and create new records.
   • Unless your system administrator modified what is available for each entity, you will see the same fields that you see in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.

Some mobile devices or browsers may cause some on-screen elements of Mobile Express to be displayed with unexpected formatting.
