Purchase Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online through volume licensing

Customers and partners can purchase Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online through Microsoft Volume Licensing, which provides a cost effective way to acquire software and services, and simplifies license management. If you’re a customer, volume licensing is available only through an Enterprise Agreement (EA) or a Campus Agreement / School Agreement (CASA) offer, and is handled by your partner or Large Account Reseller (LAR) and Microsoft Volume Licensing.

  1. Purchase Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online by calling Microsoft Volume Licensing at (800) 426-9400. You'll receive an EA or CASA invoice for your purchase in email.
  2. After you receive your invoice email, you'll receive one of the following email messages, on which you should take the actions described:
    • Scenario 1:  You have an active Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online trial or subscription and you receive an offer activation email from crmonline@e-mail.microsoft.com:
      1. Click the hyperlink provided in the offer email.
      2. In the wizard that opens, select the EA or CASA offer, depending on which agreement you’re using.
      3. Complete the wizard. You'll receive a confirmation email that your Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online organization is activated.
    • Scenario 2: You don’t have an active Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online trial or subscription and you receive an offer activation email from crmonline@e-mail.microsoft.com:
      1. Click the hyperlink provided in the offer email.
      2. Complete the wizard that opens.You'll receive an email that your Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online organization is ready to activate.
      3. Using the link provided in the email, open your new Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online organization, and on the Dashboards ribbon, click Activate.
      4. Select the EA or CASA offer, depending on which agreement you’re using. More information: Contact information for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online billing support
      5. Complete the wizard.

If you receive an error during activation, contact Microsoft Dynamics CRM Billing Support.

Notes

  • If you want to activate more than one Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online organization, instead of following the steps outlined above, contact Billing Support with your agreement number as well as with the quantity of trials you have created.   • To purchase more licenses, contact Microsoft Volume Licensing at (800) 426-9400. After you receive the invoice for your purchase, a person in your organization with the Billing Administrator security role must assign the licenses to your users.
