Video: Create and run duplicate detection rules

Managing duplicate records can help you make sure that the record you are working with has all its information stored with it. This video guides you through creating and running duplicate detection rules that will notify you when a duplicate record is created.

To turn off the click instructions in this video, in the lower-right corner, click the up arrow icon , and then click the Show Click Instructions icon .

To dock the presenter script to a different position, in the lower-right corner, click the up arrow icon , click the Presenter Script icon , and then click one of the options: Show Presenter Script Docked Left or Show Presenter Script Floating. To turn off the presenter script, click the up arrow icon , click the Presenter Script icon , and then click Presenter Script Off.
