Requirements to access Mobile Express
You must have an Internet or intranet connection to use Mobile Express; you can access it in either of two ways:
- To access Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online from your mobile Web browser, go to the URL for Mobile Express. Typically this is https://<CRM_server>/m where <CRM_server> is the name of the server you use to access CRM. Your system administrator will have the appropriate URL.
- To access Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online from your mobile Web browser, go to http://crm.dynamics.com and log in.

Supported browsers and devices
Mobile Express for Microsoft Dynamics CRM is available through many mobile devices, operating systems, and browsers. If your device’s browser supports HTML 4.0 (or newer) and JavaScript, you have met the basic requirements to use Mobile Express. You do not need to install an application on your mobile device in order to use Mobile Express. You can access its full functionality by simply logging in through your mobile browser.
