The end of the month has a way of sneaking up on everyone, but if you’re a salesperson it can mean trouble. You have quotas for everything, especially sales closed. But what if you need to contact more of your leads and opportunities than seems possible in the few days left?

Microsoft Dynamics CRM can help you with a quick campaign. A quick campaign is a single campaign activity geared toward a targeted audience.

You can launch a quick campaign from various places in CRM, including from leads, accounts, contacts, and marketing lists. The Quick Campaign section in CRM is where you view completed quick campaigns and add campaign responses.

CRM has several types of quick campaign activities to choose from, including mass mailings and phone call campaigns. The quick campaign can even do some activities for you, such as send an e-mail blast.

If you are working in a group and want other people to own the activities, simply reassign the activities to them.

Use the Campaign Responses section to keep track of the success of your quick campaign and convert the positive responses into a new lead, quote, order, or opportunity.

With the right targeted activity, like a mass mailing or e-mail blast, your sales can quickly rise. Use a quick campaign in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to reach your customers swiftly through a single, focused task. Enter the responses and convert the positives into sales to meet your goals before you miss your deadline.

You can find step-by-step procedures in Help or in the Resource Center.
