How to install Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook
When your workers open the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Web application, if Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook is not installed, a CRM for Outlook button is displayed on the Standard toolbar.
To install Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook, simply click the CRM for Outlook button. The installation takes only a few minutes.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook must be installed separately by every user. You can create and send an e-mail message to everyone in your organization to remind them to use this button to install Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook.
How to access Mobile Express on your mobile device
You must have an Internet connection to use Mobile Express.
- From your mobile Web browser, go to http://crm.dynamics.com/.
- Sign in with your Windows Live ID.
- From the home page, start using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
