Follow colleagues and records with Activity Feeds
When you first install Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Activity Feeds is available and turned on by default, though it is a solution and you will administer it as you would any other solution.
In Activity Feeds, you can stay up to date by viewing posts about colleagues and records. To do this, follow the users and records that you want to know more about. You can follow up to 1,000 colleagues and records, but no more, so make sure to follow only what you care most about.
